All orders are confirmed and secured with a deposit

Orders are accepted with 2 weeks notice, however, please do not hesitate to reach out! We sometimes have last minute availability!

Booking, Cancellations & Deliveries

Bookings are confirmed with 50% deposit of total, final payment is due one week prior to event

Final changes are due 1 week prior to event

Cancellations are accepted, however, deposits are non-refundable 2 weeks prior to event.

In the event of a cancellation within 4 weeks or more of scheduled event, 50% of deposit will be returned
-
Cancellations occurring within two weeks of event will have the opportunity to save deposit to rebook for another date in the future

Deliveries are available for a charge based on mileage
